As interesting as all of this may be, it's not created for entertainment, it's written to help you shift your consciousness and learn how to control your mind. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Positivity Review Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ


Congratulations on all your work! Being positive and focusing on the positive in every situation is no easy feat. Good Job! If you're [still] feeling challenged, no worries. Keep at it. If you've found that there are certain things you can't seem to 'get over', try the Manifesting Set: What's the message? Pick the length (how slow or fast you want to read the affirmations) and the music or nature sounds that you like. They are made for your convince and enjoyment. They should all be:
1. Clear, Simple and Positive
2. Easy to Remember
3. Appealing to All Parts of You 
You should like the way they look, how they sound and have a good feeling after reading them to yourself. One exception to this rule is if you are trying to change the way you think about certain things. You'll meet resistance here. Be sure what you are saying is believable (start small) and worded correctly. Use the affirmation diary sets for this part. You'll find journaling about these helps tremendously. They are created to help you dialog with yourself in a way that convinces and inspires you. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ OK, by now, you should have a very good handle on how your mind works and what you need to focus on. The Mind to Mind Communication classes start next Monday (we're getting into a Monday habit, starting today) and positive thinking for this course is imperative. Why? Well, if you have negative blocks or programs that are weighing down
your mind, you'll never be able to get 'The Truth'. It's like having a big cloud of dark smoke around you all of the time. Are all positive thoughts true? No, of course not. What a difference a good attitude adjustment makes! It's been nearly two months of focusing on being positive. Good Job! And, we're still keeping at it. Why? It's one thing you have control over and can (if you're open to it) observe the changes it creates in your daily life. 
Being a positive person is important. There are blocks you'll have to break through, challenges you'll have to live through and hardships and problems that are 'part of life'. Yep. It's life and sometimes it's hard or awful or... Well, the more positive you are, the lighter life will seem. Being positive does not help you avoid the drudgeries of life (all the time lol), it helps you handle them with ease and grace... in the moment. And, that, is priceless. 

  Homework!
  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ    An Affirmation a Day.     Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ
Pick an affirmation and use it everyday. You can pick any kind that you like. You may use a different one each day or the same one until you achieve your desired result. If you're planning on taking the free summer course, start the affirmations immediately! We'll be doing mind to mind communication. That means you're going to be training your mind and sharpening your psychic senses and mind reading and communicating ability. Have you heard of mental telepathy? Well, that's what you'll be doing. Pretty cool :) The catch? Do your homework. As silly as the affirmation thing may seem to be, do them. Practice. A lot. You're going to be learning to tune into the vibration of different thoughts, the subtle frequencies most people miss. And, you won't be able to do it if you don't have some practice with different, specific thoughts. So, affirmation. Affirmation. Affirmation.

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Simple Candle Manifesting II Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ



Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ    Simple. Simple. Simple.   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 
Think: Fun. Easy. Natural. Remember~if you can think it, you can create it. If you can create it, you can change it. This is your life and it is malleable. This in't about being good or bad or doing it right or wrong, this is about you taking control of your life. Personal growth and transformation is a continually evolving process. So... Enjoy it! 

Ok. Here we go. Lets get you creating. Go get all of your stuff! If you haven't read and done the first part of this exercise, please do that first. Click here to get started. If you're a regular journal person or have taken a thousand classes and have read hundreds of books or if you have no idea what's going on: Follow the instructions. I mean literally. Save the picture below and/or mark this page.

You can do anything that you want. Be sure to incorporate all of the research you've already done (charts and meanings of things from your homework).
For the first time: Pick something small and tangible. 
Go through all the lists that you have made and find a couple things that seem 'easy' or even something that could be chalked up to coincidence. If you do not have something physical that you want, if you do emotional or spiritual: do not do something like: Be happy! Its absolutely impossible to gauge and record that. You'll want to be able to to say that your manifestation did or did not work (and to what extent). If you can get a yes or no answer then you can focus on all of the details.

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   Testing your Manifesting Topics  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   
You'll need to ask yourself if this (whatever you are manifesting or writing about) can be evaluated with a simple Yes (I got it),  No (I didn't), or Kind-of (because you can prove, see and record it). Anything that is not exactly what you wanted or envisioned but part of it has come into fruition would fall into the Kind-of category.  

You can do this exercise as many times as you like, with as many subjects and items as you like. The Catch: Each manifestation needs to be separate. If you have ten things in one entry and you have a block about two of them... what happens? Who knows?!! And how are you going to figure out which part is doing what? sound confusing? Good. Because it is. So, ONE thing at a time. And, really, it's only a few more minutes and a new candle and journal entry. Is getting what you want worth that effort? Well, if it's not, you probably should not be getting it anyway. 


Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ    Magick Book Writing Example  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ    Gathering your own data   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 
Yep. You're going to keep journaling and recording everything until you quit manifesting. One of the most important things that you can ever do for yourself is be aware of what's going on in your subconscious mind. So, unless you're a GREAT (no, seriously, you have to be trained and good at it) channel AND have a very skilled person to 'guide' you while you are in that state, you're going to have to find other ways to get into your head. Writing and documenting what happens in your life in relation to what you're trying to create is a quick, fairly simple way of getting to know what's going on in you on all those levels. 
Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   Here's what you'll discover   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 
*How long it takes you to manifest: Be very specific as you record things. You may discover that you bring people into your life within a few days but animals or pets may take a different amount of time or that money is super easy for you to generate but finding the right stuff to buy is more challenging or just not exactly what you wanted. This really is fun and exciting. Once you figure this out... You're set. You'll be able to track if you have a block or not simply by the date of your expected manifestation. 
*What wording works for you: Practice. Practice. Practice. 
You'll change up your wording if you do not get what you want. Most of the time, something will happen and you'll be able to fine-tune it immediately. 
*Any blocks you may have: and, yes, you can change them :)


Note: Everything you record will be specific to you [only].  Everyone creates things in different ways and at different speeds. Everyone has challenges and blocks. It's called life. Your job is to figure you out; how your mind works for or against you. Knowledge is power. All the power you could ever imagine having in any aspect of your life, starts in your mind. If you don't know how to use your mind, how can you expect to change things in your life or feel powerful? So, again, Knowledge is Power. And, when it comes to the mind, ignorance is not bliss. You're manifesting and creating things every moment of everyday (Umm, simply because you're alive lol) So, if you do not have everything that you want (honestly) then somewhere, somehow all of that power that resides in you is 'blocking' you. And, it's doing it for a reason. So, the truth: Knowledge of Self is all the Power you'll ever need. Why? Because everything in your world comes from you. Know you and you can do anything. Being 'solipsistic' is not overrated. :)

Candle Manifesting:
Why candles? Just simply because they are fun, easy, affordable and you probably have some lying around the house that you can use. And, if you don't, they are easy to find and fun to shop for. You'll want to use one that you can burn safely. You have full creative rights for all of your exercises so pick what you like and huck what you don't. The only catch: Follow the Manifesting Rules and Guidelines that I set out for you. Follow those and your stuff will work. The more effort you put in, the greater the result. And: The more you tailor it to yourself and your needs (and what you like) the better, faster and cleaner your manifestations will be. This is your life that you are creating. make sure that you like it. 


Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  Words you need to Know for Today  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

Note: these are MY definitions and how they will be used [loosely] here on this blog with the classes, downloads and exercises you'll be doing. 

Intention: Your Focus or What You Want to Create 

Manifesting: The Act of Creating what you want using certain techniques 

Variety of Mediums: anything that you want to use to decorate and create your lovely stuff 



Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  Ideas, Idea, Ideas   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ


Think about what you long for. Go back and look at the last assignment you had, what you wrote and what you discovered about yourself. 
Use that! 

If you're unsure of what you'd like to create, start with something small. 




Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  Use the Internet!!!  Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ                   That's what it's for. Search for everything that you can think of. Look up and save color charts, symbols, dates... whatever you can refer to is good. Eventually you'll be making your own little books, charts and references; until you're in a place to pull out colors and symbols from your head for each exercise, use inforgraphics and books to 'see' what you like.                                                               Remember... the main point of all of the research is for you to figure out what all parts of you are comfortable with.


Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   Homework   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 

  1. Figure out what you want to create. 
  2. Get a Journal specifically for Manifesting. 
  3. Date and Title every page
  4. Make a few HUGE lists of everything that you want. Break them down into specific categories. You'll be using these lists for as long as you're manifesting. Do them right. 

Here's some examples: 
Healing (all types)
Emotional States
Material Possessions
Physical & Body Stuff
Actions (things to happen)
You can (and will be) adding, subtracting and fine-tuning all of your lists and manifestations.

Research and Self-Discovery: Get out and discover what you like. Seriously. This seems so easy and mundane~ honestly, these simple associations can make or break whatever you are creating. If you abhor the color pink and that's the color that's filtered into everything you're doing, part of you is going to be unhappy. that unhappiness sends out a frequency that IS going to muck up your manifestation. Simple: mismatched vibrations are going to create something different than what you are thinking. 
Perfect Manifestation Happens when ALL parts of you are in alignment. Period. That's it. Get rid of your blocks and everything that you want will flow into your life. Why manifest? Because the part of you that decides things is 10%, or so, of you... the manifesting part, or the part of you that draws everything to you~ is the rest. And, it's the quickest way to 'see' what's going on in you. 
If you get what you manifested: No blocks 
If you don't: time to fine-tune

  1. Get everything that you need for the next session
  2. Put everything in one place (a basket, box, file)
  3. Make a list of ... anything that will aide in you manifesting next blog entry.
  4. Get (at least 3 different) charts, infographics, information for your associations of: 

  • colors
  • symbols
  • dates, animals, flowers, etc

This is invaluable information. Warning: If you're a negative thinker, try to avoid all the 'proof' that nothing works until you build up your own thoughts and feelings in a direction that you want to go. (Avoid reading and studying when you are in a passive negative state or if you are feeling particularly pessimistic.) If you are a pessimistic person, fix that first. Who you are and how you think IS what manifests in your life.

In the entry, Relax into the New Year, you [started] focusing on things that you love and being positive. This blog entry compliments the last and sets you up for the next few upcoming journaling and manifesting exercises and blog entries. 

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ   2015 Goal Lists   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

Lists are a great way to start journaling, manifesting and goal setting. These will work fabulously if you're a seasoned manifesting extraordinaire or if this is the first time you've ever heard of manifesting itself. Plus, they're fun and easy. Try some of the list exercises listed [below] now. 

* This is the Pick something fun, simple and 'small' to start with List
Part I 
*For this exercise (only) you're limited to 3-5 things. (After you have done this exercise, you can re-do, tailor your list and add more items.)
*Headings Title, Date you're writing it and Date of completion (if appropriate)
*Your List!

You can write them in any order or way that you like. Be sure to be clear if you do have a reason for the order in your mind. You may need to refer to what, why or how later. 
 *Must have Mini-Break-time Break as soon as you're finished with your list or as much as you're going to do [in this sitting]. 
Take a break after finishing your list. Go drink a glass of water and stretch your body. 
*Finishing up your List When you sit back down, take a few deep breaths while you clear your head. Now, Reread your list. Your lists should elicit feelings of happiness, excitement, motivation, and positive expectancy. If you get upset, scared or angry, review your lists and goals. Those emotions are messengers letting you know something is askew. Click here to read about resistance, blocks and programming. 

Part II
*Look your list over and check all of these questions with yourself.

Is it simple, positive, clear & concise?
Will you know what you're talking about 10 years from now if you were to open up this book?
Are the things on your list reasonable? Meaning, Can you achieve, get or have the things on your list in the time that you have asked for them. Review your time, resources, dependency on people, things, outside circumstances etc. 
Is it too wordy? Did you use fragments, incomplete sentences, slang, or write a dissertation? 
How is your spelling, punctuation and Capital Letters? Do you like the way it looks? Does it read easy in your mind? 

If you have answered 'yes' to all of the questions, Yay! You're onto the next step. If you have found a couple things that you could improve, do that before you start on anything else.  And, Yay! for you for refining your lists!

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Mark this page in your journal. This is your reference sheet for all your list making exercises.

Ha! So Simple and Easy! Yes. Think simple and easy~all of it should be. Manifesting is just [this] simple and easy. So, have fun! Experiment with different things, write for one sitting or carry a journal around with you. The more journal stuff you do... the better. You can even pull it out and doodle all over the pages if you don't have the space or privacy to write that day or at that moment. It's your focus while writing that counts. Put in more effort, you'll be glad you did.  

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Getting Support & Help Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

You might be surprised to find that most everyone is willing and excited about helping someone achieve their goals. It's important that you find people that understand what you are trying to do, learn and/or get. If you get them and they get you, you're more than likely going to get the kind of support that you want.  Sometimes we elicit help and support from people who think and/or communicate too differently from us and no matter what they/we say or do it 'always' seems like it is not right or good enough. Rather than fixating on that, them or what's wrong, try searching out a different support system (just for this one thing). If you're not sure, take your time to think it over. Your goals are precious, share them only with people who cherish them as you do.

We'll be doing list making, goal setting and manifesting all year long.

You could always do something fun like a Sports Manifesting Night or Get Good Grades Easily Afternoons with soft music and healthy snacks. Goal setting is such an important skill to develop. And, the younger the better! Can you just imagine if you had all of the tools you do now at 10 or 15? In all honesty, it would have simply, just made life easier. So, pass on these little techniques. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  Journals   Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ  If you haven't already, get a Daily and a Manifesting Journal. If you're planning on doing these blog entries, you must have a journal~Something to write in. I mean physically~ a pen and paper type of thing. 
Yes, you can use electronic devices. 
Do they work the same? No. 
Do they work as well? No. 
Do I recommend using them for any of these exercises? No. 
Is it better than nothing? Of course. But if you're going to teach yourself to manifest, please do not teach yourself to be lazy, do things only half way or that excuses are ok because they are more convenient. 
Yes, all of that lecture over journals :) They really are that important when you're dealing with the mind.
